Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling
  • Orders will be ship on Monday till Thursday, excluding public holidays where shipping service is not available.
  • We ship internationally, and if you don't receive your order after the estimated delivery times, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Any customs fees are not included in the shipping price.
Brunei Domestic
  • Products and Items are shipped via Jayauri (B) Sdn Bhd (UPS) and Archipelago Express Sdn Bhd.
  • Shipping charges on products and items are calculated based on the order price.
International Shipping
  • International orders are shipped usually delivered days.
  • Shipping charges on products and items are calculated based on the order price.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have 21 days to return your items, since your purchase date.

Our Returns & Refund policy lasts 21 days, which means that if 21 days have passed since your purchase date, you cannot return any item.

Condition of Return

  • If the item happens to be defectors or damaged during shipping.

  • Unused and unworn in a way to the same condition when you received it.

  • When orders are made but received wrong items.

  • We will not take responsibility for return shipping costs unless it is under warranty, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for any lost item during the shipping process.


Return Process

  • Sent us a message with in-depth details and image(s), why you want to return your items (defectors/damaged/wrong item/etc)

  • We will inform you if we approve the item return, then we will provide information to where you should send your item back.

  • Send your item.


Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received and examine, we will keep in touch with updates if everything’s good to go.

  • If the item is cleared to go, we’ll make the refund applied to your original payment method, within 10-21 business days.


Exchanges process

  • Sent us a message regarding your order number, Description of item (including an image(s) as proof) and any other information about your use of the product that may help us identify what may be the potential defect.

  • When the item is identified as to be defective in the cause of production error, we will repair or exchange the product accordingly.

  • It is not exchangeable if the customization design was an order mistake unless it is defective. Therefore, repairs will be made according to the same customization as per order.


Warranty / Guarantee

RAB’s products are made in high quality and durability materials, however, there would be very slightly possible of an item being defectors. Our standard warranty is up to 3 years. If you experience any dissatisfaction/damaged in our product, feel free to send us a message through with details and photo(s) of the issue. We will not be held responsible for any injury or loss caused by the misuse of our products.
